With extensive expertise in cognitive and behavioural transformation, addiction recovery, and mental health support, Walleed Nasr is deeply committed to guiding individuals and families toward lasting positive change. As the Therapeutic Lead at Aruna Care, his approach is firmly rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a holistic understanding of mental wellness.

Walleed holds qualifications as a Certified Behavioural Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Mind Coach, and Life Coach, allowing him to tailor interventions to each individual’s unique needs. His experience spans over a decade of working closely with people from diverse backgrounds and all age groups, addressing complex issues such as addiction, recovery, behavioural transformation, self-esteem enhancement, and confidence-building.

Walleed is the founder of The Arty Buddha, an approach that integrates mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural techniques, NLP, compassion, and empathy to support deep personal transformation. His work, particularly in addiction recovery and rebuilding self-esteem, has empowered countless individuals and families to reclaim their lives and relationships.

At the heart of his therapeutic leadership is the belief that true transformation starts by reshaping the way we think. Through workshops, individual coaching sessions, and group interventions at Aruna Care, he helps parents address emotional, mental, and relational challenges, enhancing their ability to nurture healthy, confident, and resilient families.
