Kelly Nasr – Director

Aruna Care NW Ltd

With 15 years of senior-level experience in social housing, I bring both operational and strategic expertise to my role as Director of Aruna House. My passion lies in empowering people—giving them the tools and confidence to build fulfilling lives.

Mentoring, uplifting, and inspiring others is at the heart of everything I do. As a mother of two young children, I understand the challenges of parenthood firsthand. This personal experience, combined with my professional background, led me to establish a residential family centre where families receive the support they need to thrive.

At Aruna House, alongside my co-director Ann, our philosophy is rooted in fostering a highly qualified, dedicated team that upholds our core values. We believe in creating an environment where both staff and residents can grow, learn, and succeed.

Beyond my role at Aruna House, I am also the Chair of a Nursery and Afterschool charity in Liverpool. In this role, I lead the strategic direction of the charity and support operational decision-making, ensuring children thrive in a high-quality setting. I have helped shape an ethos that actively engages parents as partners, fostering a collaborative approach to help children flourish.

With extensive experience in HR, finance, performance management, and stakeholder engagement, I am a people-focused leader committed to driving positive change. I am excited to see our residents, staff, and the wider community grow and thrive through the work we do at Aruna House.
